If something arrives broken
- Record a short unboxing video or take clear photos of the damage.
- Send them with your order number on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- We send a free replacement. No need to return broken glass.
Changed your mind?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp first; return delivery is paid by the customer. We refund by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa within 5 working days of receiving the item.
