Orders and accounts
We store the name, phone number, delivery address, optional email and order details you provide to fulfil orders and provide support. Delivery information is shared with the courier handling your parcel. Account details and orders are stored in Lovable Cloud. Information saved for next checkout stays on your device unless you are signed in, when delivery details can also be saved to your account.
Reviews and welcome offers
Reviews display the name, city and comments you submit. A number submitted for a welcome code is stored for that offer. Where advertising measurement is permitted, email and phone information you provide may also be used for matching as described below.
Advertising measurement
When configured and permitted on kitchenronak.com and www.kitchenronak.com, Meta receives page visits, searches, product actions (wishlist, cart, checkout and orders), account sign-ups, welcome-offer sign-ups and WhatsApp or email link clicks, including product identifiers, search terms, order value and browser information, for measurement and ad optimization. Meta's configured Conversions API gateway can forward copies of these events; shared event identifiers allow Meta to count the browser and server copies as one action.
Meta's advanced matching can use normalized, SHA-256-hashed versions of email addresses and phone numbers you provide on the website to match activity to Meta accounts. These matching identifiers are hashed in your browser before transmission; hashing does not make them anonymous. Names, addresses, gender and dates of birth are not enabled as advanced-matching fields.
Advertising tags are disabled on development and preview websites, and blocked in consent-required regions and when your region cannot be determined; consent setup is pending there. We honor explicit advertising opt-outs and Global Privacy Control.
Your choices
Contact us through the Contact page to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Order records may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations. You can remove saved checkout information by clearing this site’s browser data.
